5- Information That Is Not Your Personal Data and We Collect Automatically
Login ID, IP address, log records and additional information requested by the Member Company, date of membership, applications made, frequency/times of logging into the site, ios/mobile site/website user, update date, last login date, first membership date, application deleted (yes/no), usage information of applications (every movement and selection made within the application), and similar technologies we use to adapt to the needs of our members, companies and visitors, to eliminate technical problems and to control our technical infrastructure. This clarification text has been prepared by the data controller Erçal Otomotiv İnşaat Nakliye Turizm Petrol San. Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation.

A total of 36 security cameras located in the service area of ​​the entrance doors, building exteriors, dining halls, cafeterias, visitor waiting rooms, parking lots, security booths, office rooms, spare parts rooms, showrooms, tea shops, material rooms and floor corridors in our service buildings are used to record images in order to ensure building security and the recording process is supervised by the Information Technologies unit. In accordance with the relevant law; audio and video recordings are made in our service buildings in order to protect the occupational health and safety of employees, to ensure general security in the workplace for both the employer and the employee, and to monitor the operation of the work carried out. In addition, these records will be stored for the periods stipulated in the legal legislation and/or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal reasoning of “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” as stated in Article 5 of the Law.

The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request for the resolution of legal disputes or as required by the relevant legislation.
